Ordering
Orders are accepted either over the phone or by email.
When ordering by email simply leave the following information:-
Your contact details
Required portrait size (or gift voucher if required)
Preferred payment method
Specify delivery or collection.
We will then contact you to confirm your order and finalise any other
details.
A deposit of £5 is required before the portrait can be started. A pet
photograph (of you choice) is also required to draw the portrait from, which should be clear and at least post card sized. This
can be either posted, emailed or delivered by hand.
Payments
Payment methods accepted are PayPal, cheques,
postal orders or cash (please do not post cash).
Portraits paid for by cheque will be available once the payment cheque has cleared.
I aim to complete your pet portrait within two weeks.
Collection or Delivery
The finished portrait can be either collected in person or delivery can be arranged where upon the
balance of the payment is required.
There is a charge for UK post and packaging of £5 (if
this has been requested). For delivery charges outside the UK please enquire.
